4. No AI Model Training on User Data

We do not use your uploaded content, documents, or data to train AI models.

Your submitted content is processed only for generating summaries and is not stored longer than necessary for service operation, unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material
• Circumvent security mechanisms
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Process content you do not have the right to use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and software are owned by AISummarizer or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• You will pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers
• Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy, payments are generally non-refundable
• Subscription fees may be adjusted from time to time, with prior notice, and such changes will apply to future billing cycles

If your subscription renews automatically, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

The Service may rely on third-party AI providers, hosting providers, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
